A bio-chemical farming field test was carried out in two areas of Gombe State, namely Pokata and Posulte in Shongom and Billiri local government areas. The Pokata site had sandy soil, while that of Posulte had clay loam soil.
No soil preparation with Bio-Plant and compost was carried out owing to a shortage of time. Nevertheless, the results were very good. The farmers were highly impressed to the extent that they requested and enquired how they could obtain the bio-fertilizers.
